Day 1 (Friday) Arrive into Incheon Airport

Meet your tour guide at Incheon Airport (upon exiting) and transfer to hotel.

Day 2 (Saturday) DMZ

Day 3 (Sunday) Seoul - Gongju - Jeonju

Breakfast at your hotel.

Meet a driver at your hotel and transfer to a meeting point, at the car park in front of Donghwa Duty Free Shop Building, at Gwanghwamun Intersection, Seoul at 08:00am

Depart Seoul to Gongju (130Km/1.5hours)

Gongju Tour

● Tomb of King Muryeong

Songsan-ri Tombs and Royal Tomb of King Muryeong (AD462-523) contains representative relics of the Baekje Dynasty period (AD234~678). The Songsan-ri Tombs contain the graves of kings while Baekje's capital was Gongju, and it is believed to have 10 such graves. Only seven graves have been discovered so far.
The popular Tomb of King Muryeong is the 7th tomb, the resting place for Baekje's 25th King Muryeong and his queen. This tomb was discovered accidentally when installing pipes to protect tombs number 5 and 6 from being flooded. The tomb is very unusual in the way it was built with bricks like 6th tomb and in what it houses like many national treasures inside, supplying precious research materials to the scholars studying Baekje culture.

● Gongsanseong Fortress

Located in Gongju-si (city), it is a mountain castle established during the Baekje. You can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Geumgang riverside right here. Follow the trail path a little further up then Imryugak Pavilion appearing, known as the largest of its kind within the fortress. It is worth to visit for its historical and cultural significance, and also for the fantastic sight.

● Jeonju Hanok Village

While the rest of city has been industrialized, Hanok Village retains its historical charms and traditions. It is particularly gorgeous for its unique roof edges, which are slightly raised to the sky. A part of Hanok (traditional Korean house) is set aside so that tourists can experience traditional Korean life at Hanok Life Experience Hall. The food provided here is folkloristic like bibimbap, the most well-known dish in Korea, adding to the conventional ambience.

Day 4 (Monday) Jeonju
 - Gwangju - Suncheon - Yeosu

Breakfast at your hotel

Transfer to Gwangju (100km / 1hr 20min), the leading city of Honam region and birthplace of a modern democratic movement in Korea.

● May 18th National Cemetery

Visit to May 18th National Cemetery, located in front of Mudeungsan Mountain, the symbol of freedom and democracy, and the graves of victims during the contention for democracy in May 1980. Victims were carried by handcarts and garbage trucks to be buried. In 1997 the cemetery was exhumed and reburied at this memorial. May 18th has become a regional holiday of commemorating the people's desire for democracy.

Suncheon Tour

● Suncheon Bay Garden

The Suncheon Bay Garden was established in order to turn 1.12 square kilometers of natural habitat into a conservation area, where it houses over 505 species of trees and 113 species of flowers. Especially, the numerous groups of tulips and royal azaleas are truly a sight to see. Besides, the nearby 30,000-square-meter field of canola flowers are in full bloom in May, creating breathtakingly beautiful yellow "wave" with trees making great shades of canopy for the area.

Yeosu Tour

● Yi, Sun-Sin Plaza

During the Japanese invasion of the Imjin Waeran War (1592~1598), Admiral Yi,Sun-shin, a national hero whose naval victories of 23 times in battles were phenomenal in repelling Japanese naval forces, had his headquarters in Yeosu. For this reason, the site displays a lot of artifacts honoring his heroic endeavors in protecting the country. As a great leader of Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910) , he saved his country when it was on the brink of crisis.

Day 5 (Tuesday) Yeosu - Busan - Jeju Island

Breakfast at your hotel

● Jinjuseong Fortress

Jinjuseong Fortress is historically linked to the Japanese invasion of 1592.

Move to Busan (100Km/1.5hrs)  Arrive at Gimhae domestic airport. Depart from Gimhae domestic airport.

Arrive at Jeju and meet your tour guide.

Transfer to hotel and take a rest.

Jeju Island

Jeju Island, (or Jeju-do), is a volcanic island registered by UNESCO’s for its world natural heritage. It is the premier tourist destination in Korea because of its stunning natural scenery and superior tourist amenities. Scenic beaches, waterfalls, cliffs and caves lie in harmony and the mild weather makes Jeju Island an even more ideal place for  tourists to visit.

Day 6 (Wednesday) Jeju Island

Breakfast at your hotel, and then enjoy a full day of sightseeing.

● Cheonjeyeon Falls & Gyulimseong Tangerine Farm

Visit Cheonjeyeon Falls (The Pond of God), Continue to the Gyulimseong tangerine farm and followed by a scenic cruise aboard the Seogwipo Pleasure Boat (optional, US$18PP).

● Camellia Hill

Visit Camellia Hill. Take a walk “Olle” a narrow pathway.

● Yongmeori Beach

Complete the day with a walk along the shores of Yongmeori Beach; if closed*, visit Sangbanggulsa cave instead.

Day 7 (Thursday) Jeju Island - Busan

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel and then transfer to Seopjikoji - one of the most mysterious sights on Jeju Island. In harmony with a coast made up of grotesque cliffs and dark blue ocean, you can enjoy trekking on the Olle path.

● Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak

Visit Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, a World Heritage UNESCO site.

● Jeju Haenyeo Museum.

Next, step back in time as you explore the Jeju Haenyeo Museum. If time is available, also visit the Musuem of Natural History, to have an opportunity to experience and learn about the environment and shows how to preserve the earth’s natural beauty.

Stop by Korean Jewellery Amethyst and local product store.

We depart From Jeju International Airport at around 17:00 to Busan airport.

Arriving at Busan airport you will meet your guide and be transferred to your hotel.

Day 8 (Friday) Busan - Gyeongju - Daegu

Gyeongju Tour

● Seokguram

(Optional tour: Seokguram Grotto US$6 PP)

Seokguram  is known to have been built with Bulguksa Temple. Designated a World Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1995, it is an artificial stone temple made of granite.

● Bulguksa Temple

Bulguksa Temple is the representative relic of Gyeongju and was designated as a World Cultural Asset by UNESCO in 1995. The beauty of the temple itself and the artistic touch of the stone relics are known throughout the world.

● Gyeongju National Museum

Gyeongju National Museum houses numerous historical and cultural artifacts of the Silla Dynasty (57 BC - AD 935). Not only strives to preserve, exhibit, and research the rich history and culture of Silla, it also strives to take leap toward becoming a cultural multi-complex center by promoting international exchange opportunities, social education programs, and a variety of special exhibitions.

● Cheomgseongdae Astronomical Observatory

This astronomical observatory was built in the Silla Dynasty (57 BC – AD 935). With a height of only 9.17m, the tower was built with exactly 365 stones to represent the number of days in a year.

Day 9 (Saturday) Daegu - Haeinsa Temple - Andong - Gangneung

● Haeinsa Temple

Check-out, then move on to Haeinsa Temple located in Gayasan National Park. Haeinsa Temple was founded by King Ae-Jang of Shilla Dynasty (802), well known for its famous treasure “ TripitakaKoreana ”(UNESCO world heritage) composed of 81,341 printing woodblocks made to repulse the Mongolian Army Invasion with support of Buddha.

● Andong Hahoe Village

And then transfer to Andong Hahoe Village which has preserved the housing architecture and the village structure of the Joseon Dynasty. Moreover, the Village was not artificially created; there are people who actually live there.

● Gangneung

Transfer to Gangneung, one of 2018 Pyeongchang Olympic Cities.

Day 10 (Sunday) Gangneung - Mt. Seorak - Seoul

Breakfast at your hotel.

Seoraksan National Park

Move to Seoraksan National Park where peaks break through the clouds and jade-like water flows through the valleys, creating breathtaking views and making this Korea’s most famous national park.

UNESCO designated this park a Biosphere Preservation District in 1982 due to so many rare species found here.

● Sinheungsa Temple

Visit Sinheungsa Temple located in Mt. Seorak which is an ancient temple with deep historical significance, built by a great monk Jajangyulsa (590~658).

● Gwongeumseong

(Optional Tour: Gwongeumseong Cable Car–USD15pp).

Gwongeumseong is a site of castle ruins located on the steep Dol Mountain of Seoraksan National Park area.

After sightseeing of Seoraksan National Park, move to Seoul.

We arrive at Express Terminal, Gangnam, Seoul at around 18:00 pm.

Day 11 (Monday) Seoul

After breakfast, pick up from your hotel at around 08:30-09:00 am for Seoul half day sightseeing.

Visiting Gyeongbokgung Palace for The Royal Guard Changing Ceremony, National Folk Museum, and the Korean Ginseng Center.

After lunch, move to Korean Folk Village (an hour and half drive away from Seoul). Here you will experience the culture of the late Joseon Dynasty, It’s a huge village that has about 260 different types of house.

Return to Seoul. Remainder of the day free time at leisure.

Day 12 (Tuesday) Seoul Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Incheon Airport.

Meet your driver at the hotel lobby (4 hours before your flight time)
